Your event is attended by the Artist and a dedicated Assistant, allowing for more refined service, efficient workflow, and a richer, more memorable illustration experience.

Pricing

Live Fashion Illustration begins at $175/hour.

3-hour minimum for all bookings

Minimum investment: $525

Event Packages

• Half Event Package — 4 hours

Designed for intimate gatherings, cocktail hours, or partial event coverage.

$700

• Full Event Package — 6 hours

Ideal for weddings, galas, and large-scale corporations.

$1.050

Custom proposals are available for extended events, destination bookings, and brand partnerships. 

Availability & Travel 

I primarily accept daytime event bookings, with start times between 8:00am-6:00pm, when I’m able to bring my fullest energy, presence, and artistry to your event. 

Evening events are considered on a limited, case-by-case basis and require advance notice, additional compensation, and safe travel arrangements. 

Based in Arizona

• Travel within 15 minutes of East Mesa is included in the base rate.

• Events located 30+ minutes may require a travel fee, calculated based on distance.

I am currently open to nationwide travel with advance notice. Destination or overnight events may require additional planning, accommodations, and custom proposals.

Travel Expenses

For all Live Fashion Illustration bookings outside of Arizona, travel expenses for the Artist and one Assistant are required. This ensures both are fully rested, prepared, and able to deliver their best work. 

Travel expense may include: 

• Flights (including seat selection and checked baggage)

• Hotel accommodations include separate rooms for the Artist and Assistant.

• Ground transportation (rental care, gas, tolls, or rideshare)

• Meals and incidentals for both the Artist and Assistant

All travel costs are included in the total event estimate and provided for client approval before booking. A small buffer may be included to account for unseen expenses.
