  • All examples of my illustration style can be found throughout my website, particularly in the Fashion Illustration section. This portfolio reflects both my artistic style and the quality you can expect during a live event.

    Due to the bespoke and live nature of this service, custom samples are not created prior to booking.

  • Illustrations typically take 8-15 minutes per guest, depending on the level of detail, attire, and whether the illustration is created from live observation or a reference photo.

  • The number of completed illustrations depends on:

    Event duration

    Illustration detail level

    Guest flow and organization

    For a 3-hour booking, an estimated 12-22 guests can be illustrated live. Additional guests may be photographed and illustrated after the event as an optional add-on.

  • Guests may choose to:

    Pose briefly for a reference photo and enjoy the event while their illustration is created, or

    Sit for a short live observation if they prefer a more interactive experience

    This flexibility helps the experience feel smooth and enjoyable for everyone.

  • I work with professional-grade watercolor and ink on high-quality watercolor paper to ensure each illustration is timeless and display-ready.

  • I arrive fully prepared with all art supplies. A small table and chair are required and may be provided by the host or arranged upon request. Indoor placement is preferred to ensure optimal working conditions.

  • Your event is attended by the Artist and a dedicated Assistant. This allows for:

    A smooth guest flow

    Organized artwork management

    A warm, welcoming illustration station while I focus on creating

  • Live fashion illustration begins at $175 per hour for community and local events. Pricing is tiered based on event scale, preparation, and brand alignment.

    3-hour minimum booking

    Minimum investment: $525

    For luxury brands, major retailers, and large-scale activations, rates begin at $250 per hour.

    Event packages for longer bookings are also available for extended bookings, destination events, and brand partnerships.

    I’m committed to remaining accessible to local community organizations, small businesses, and private events, which fall under my standard rate.

    For brand activations, retail events, luxury hospitality, and major brand partnerships, rates begin at a higher tier due to additional preparation, brand alignment, and elevated guest engagement expectations.

  • Higher-tier rates apply to:

    • Luxury fashion houses and beauty brands

    • National or international retailers

    • Brand activations and in-store experiences

    • Luxury hotels and hospitality properties

    • PR agencies or corporate marketing teams

    These events often involve brand guidelines, higher guest traffic, strict timelines, or marketing and promotional usage of the artwork.

  • Custom proposals are available for extended events, destination bookings, and brand partnerships. While i’m happy to discuss options within my existing pricing structure, I’m unable to offer discounts outside of my tiered rates.

  • A travel fee may apply depending on the event location. This will be clearly outlined in your custom quote.

  • Yes. Digital copies are available as an optional add-on.

    Digital versions are professionally scanned and lightly refined for clarity, color balance, and longevity. Originals remain completely hand-painted and edited. 

    What is the difference between the original illustration and the digital copy?

    • Original illustration: A one-of-a-kind, hand-painted artwork created live at your event

    • Digital copy: A high-resolution scan with subtle refinements for digital and print use

    Both options allow guests to enjoy their artwork in different ways.

  • Yes. Guests may be photographed during the event and illustrated afterward. Finished works can be delivered digitally, mailed, or provided to the host for distribution, depending on the selected service option.

  • Unless otherwise requested, my assistant and I can arrive in classic, elegant black attire, suitable for luxury events. Dress code preferences are always welcome.

  • A signed agreement and deposit are required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due prior to the event date.

  • I kindly ask that one designated contact person be provided to assist with logistics and coordination on the day of the event.
